The elves at APT would like to say that keeping a healthy eye on your eating habits doesn’t have to be all bah humbug at this time of year. Have the odd mince pie, sausage roll or sweetie from the tin just try to not make it a daily habit.
Mince Pies are a bit like marmite ~ you either love them or hate them. Personally, I love them, but I only love my homemade ones that have less fat and sugar. Shop bought ones I find too sweet for my liking but hey that’s me and I know lots of folks can’t resist them.
