Tracy is a fully qualified REPS 3 Personal Trainer & Precision Nutrition Coach
Tracy is a 55 year old mother of three and just because she’s over 50 doesn’t mean that she’s throwing in the towel. In fact it is given her more drive and determination to remain fit and healthy as she wants to inspire other women too.
Her motivation for being a Personal Trainer is helping others achieve their goals. In her words: “I feel so proud of my clients when they lose weight, run a half marathon or even get that ‘last rep’ out – I just love giving others inspiration and belief in themselves.
Sport has always been a big part of her life and her past achievements include:
- Cycling (medalled in the British Masters Track Championships)
- Athletics (represented Kent at hurdles)
- Netball (County player)
I feel so proud of my clients when they lose weight, run a half marathon or even get that ‘last rep’ out – I just love giving others inspiration and belief in themselves.
When she was 50 Tracy trained for Figure Body Building. She only decided to do this at the beginning of the year and competed in the BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation) Southern Regional competition in June 2012 and won. The finals were held in September and Tracy was delighted to place 4th. Below is a video of the event.
